Hopefully before some poor sod ended up with a knife embedded inside him.
I can understand the benefits of shop visits for someone who has been institutionalised for 20+ years getting out and about to see how things have changed from the time they were last out in public.
I can't see how much things have changed in 2 years to warrant her getting out on visits.
