May I ask please, What is D 3 & 4? Ditto SDN and Arquiva?

How can I find out what the "free" spaces are on the new channel list in Manchester.
These are the names of the post switchover freeview multiplexes. As I said in my previous post, channels from 63 upward should be usable. These effectively become "sell off" channels that will be auctioned off at a later date, but after the other analogue channels go you could use them for the time being.
