Please, get some information about your agencies and stop blaming us for them. It's your travel agency that must advice u if there is any problem! I repeat: if they are not serious, it's not our fault!!

Hear hear. Well said, clip. It always bears repeating, the person who has to take the flak when something goes wrong is rarely the one who made it go wrong and often doesn't have the power to change that.
