But what if their insurers say the same thing. Should the local council underwrite his activity to the tune of say one million pounds? This is nothing to do with "'elf 'n' safety," it is the RBL's insurance arrangements that need reviewing. If the insurers are refusing to cover the risk, then the RBL need to consider changing their insurers. They can't afford to pay the higher premiums, so should try getting cheaper. Or perhaps, someone has got their @rse and elbows mixed up and is only speculating that this will happen. What OI do find odd, is that his article does not contain any statement from the RBL, perhaps the reporter trained at the "Daily Mail Academy for Made Up Stories."
