If you know your email address and password for your @virginmedia.com email address then follow these instructions for Outlook Express, Windows Mail and Thunderbird then transfer them into Eudora where appropriate.
You have made up an alias for your email address such as
fredblogz@virginmedia.com and you are not trying to use the initial one supplied that looks like
ab123t4567@virginmedia.com as that will fail everytime.
