It clearly says UPGRADE all over the page and there are terms and condition at the bottom of the page that clearly says PACKAGE UPGRADES must be kept for 30 days. As you would be upgrading to XL and it clearly states 2 months for free then I would assume that your contract would go by default to 12 months.
