Look at the page thats linked to it for existing customers. It clearly says UPGRADE all over the page and there are terms and condition at the bottom of the page that clearly says PACKAGE UPGRADES must be kept for 30 days. Unless someone tells you different when you call then these are the terms to which you would be agreeing to.

at the end of the day its to dam risky trusting VM to do the right thing me thinks.
