Thats a totally different page. There is no reference to them terms and condition in this offer.
I would have thought it a court of law the terms as stated on the page of the offer you take are the ones that actually count surely and it says
PACKAGE UPGRADES must be kept for 30 days I got the offer in a flier I have M tv so if I go to XL then I am upgrading my package not adding a package
At the top of the page it clearly says UPGRADE to 160 channels
