2 sentences Norm, one says "you can guess where that stolen money is going" Which implies nothing other than the reader can take a guess where the money is going, followed by a factual sentence that it has been widely reported in the press that the money funding Osama is dwindling quite quickly.
If the reader reads more into that and links 2 sentences then thats the readers interpritation. I didnt mention colour, or imply. I must apolo, say sorr, beg forgi, bow my head in sha, ahhh crap read into it what you will, you read into it, your wrong IMO of course
