The footage shows the male moving the tin just before his accomplice joins him - perhaps he did this to assess how full/empty it was and therefore whether it was worth taking the chance.

Anyway the pictures are unusally clear so I can't imagine these *******s will remain unidentified for too long. As for the punishment they'll get, well what's the betting it'll be a slap on the wrist.....
