Ahh ok - if you've done 'other' wireless networks around you as well it does point to your machine. Sometimes even if you disable AV / firewalls they will still happily mess with what you're doing.

If you feel up to it try a total uninstall and reboot after of Comodo / Nod32 and see if that resolves the problem.
