I have searched the forum and couldnt find any information.
VeNom 99% of all upgrades have been done. I simply called customer service and asked when they are planning to upgrade mine to 10Mb. She said it should have happened back in October. She did something then asked me to restart my modem and sorted - 8.4Mb downloads
