As I said before, the ACMD is not comprised solely of scientists. And they do not solely look at the science regarding physical harm. They also look at social harm. They also look at crime and anti-social behaviour. Etc.
The experts consulted for the Lancet study were also not just scientists, not just doctors or pharmacologists, and also looked at more than just physical harm.
The reports are there for all to read.
