Re: Latency issues on the VM network?

The only issue I can see there is that there's a bit of an increase of ping on hop 6 which isn't under VM's control and is a connection to the London Internet Exchange's peering LAN.

Can't see any real issues apart from that, the 24ms average jump across LINX between VM's network at hop 5 and PCCW's network at hop 6.

Given your report of slow download speeds I think that PCCW need to upgrade their LINX ports, my own tests which go via PCCW's other LINX port also show similar latency jump and slow speed.
