I'm just about to go the Joomla/jfusion route with an old phpbb3 forum, but I'm looking at using a dedicated front end before the joomla and just using the joomla as a generic login for phpbb/coppermine/zencart..etc.... Also using the joomla as a way of seperating the phpbb forums into seperate sub areas
