Yippee !!. After many e-mails (must say nearly all answered straight back) i have today recieved a refund into my debit account of the amount paid originally to Roomsnet. Its only taken 5 weeks and about 8 e-mails. Now its trying to recover extra cost paid to stay in same Hotel. Slightly more optomistic now as they say reciept sent to Accounts department for payment.
So those that are still waiting just keep harrassing them and you may be lucky. They say this was a one-off and wont occur again. I hope so as i have another booking outstanding for Nov and they say they guarentee my Hotel is booked and paid for. BUT i will still check with Hotel before travelling.
