Hi, we are having a similar problem too. The router (Linksys WRT54GC v.2) worked fine with our previous Internet provider, but we can't make it work with our new cable connection. After a day of changing settings and resetting both the router and the modem we have finally managed to make one laptop with Win 7 on it to access the Internet through the wireless network. However, two other computers (Win XP and Vista) don't gain access to the web, while connect to the wireless network and successfully ping the "lucky" laptop.

Having read multiple threads on the web about problems with this particular device, we are thinking of replacing it with a better router.
