hi everyone, im a newbie and got into this excellent forum through searching out roomsnet.
if it's any comfort to all that have been stung i too got the same treatment in benidorm 20 to 30 september after paying roomsnet in may, no contact by phone ,a few by email,but did get through regular by live chat on their website but when i mentioned i would constantley phone amanda walsh at bayswater medical centre the reply was something like. i don't fink dat she werk ere????
doesn't fill you with confidence does it,
but to all be persistant as low and behold today i have received a full refund back to my credit card, and to top it all i got a cheaper deal for the same apartments in benidorm from folies vacancies where i had to pick the keys up from roomsnet???
