Security is WPA2-PSK/AES. I have also tried renaming the network, disabling security completely and changing the network key. All of this has the same result that my original post describes. I think it may be a driver issue as I have a Newlink wireless 54g PCI card but Device Manager is showing it as a Realtek 8151 Extensible card. If I can't resolve the issue tonight, I'll go to the PC shop over the road and buy an up-to-date PCI card.
