Re: roomsnet.com warning
Quick update - still no refund, but my credit card issuer have agreed to consider a charge-back, I've sent them copies of my documents, including an e-mail from Roomsnet in which they acknowledge and apologise for the non-payment. I've also contacted Tradings Standards/Consumer Protection at Westminster Council, where Roomsnet have their registered office, and at my local Council. I've e-mailed Watchdog and several websites which are still carrying Roomsnet's banner adverts, one of which has responded by saying that they have looked at various forums, have noted the comments made about Rooomsnet.com and, as a result, suspended their ad until further inquiries have been completed.
