Just had a phone call from VM re my complaint of dire speed in the evenings & it's more or less take it or leave it, the bloke said it's down to the huge number of new subscribers & I should expect it to be slow in the evenings & there was nothing they could do to fix it at this time. There's no point in ranting at the VM bloke who is only saying what he's been told to say, he did point out that the 2 -10 upgrade was on a different pipe or port to my 4-10 meg upgrade was, strangely enough he didn't try & get me to upgrade either
