I to paid by Debit card although it was a Visa debit card. When I first contacted my bank (HBOS) I was infromed there was nothing they could do. After speaking to Trading Standards they informed my to contact my bank and quote "section 75 and charge back". Which I did and the money was back in my account within 4 days
