True there is alot of planning but when the 50Mb was released it should have lifted the strain off the UBR's but with the 2-10Mb upgrade that put the strain back on, the main thing people have to remember UBR's will always need to be upgraded just means Virgin will have to keep doing this and will never be able to keep on top of this due to time.
