i phoned em and got an ENGLISH person... cant believe it.
they wonderered how i knew, so just told em an employee told me it was too high. lol
they agreed it was too high, and that a supervisor will come around next wednesday between 12-4 to do whatever they do.
should it be similar to my downstream one? ... -5.65?
if so, its wayyyy out.
also, what does a high upstream power level actually do to the connection?
