They do have to aim the FAQ's at the least clued up of their customers I suppose.

I have a neighbour who has both VM and Freeview who will ask me all those Freeveiw questions even if he sees the information in black and white on his screen. From past experience he will also want me to get it in writing that VM aren't going to charge him for the new card.
