Q? How will the IPTV streams work? Will they still be a constant stream but instead perhaps gated at the cabinets for each user until the IP requests the stream to be routed? Or are they going for a complete shutdown of the streams and have it more like a scenario where you request a stream to be opened from the main source and it's yours and only yours all the way?
