I have had consistent problems with my telephone line in my tower block being vandalised and virgin apart from fixing it dont seem interested in a more permanent solution to the problem , was just wondering as im on the vip package if I cancelled the phone line how would this affect my discounts ? Im on total package with sky sports and films
