I seem to have had a similar Issue with the Network Orange.. Maybe you've overshot your phone bill..?

Example.. I sent by accident of course 75 high tarrif texts costing 1.50 each and used a call time of 4,000 minutes

Bill : 587 Sad british pounds

Otherwise If its not your phone.. threaten them with court action.. im pretty sure all of us have done that at one point
