So actually I get no choice at all, the mechanisms that the RM workers are using to show their displeasure are directly affecting me and there's absolutely bugger all I can do about it - they continue to impose their will upon me, regardless of the effect that it has on me, and there's nothing I can do - I am completely at their mercy.
As for writing to RM - seriously.....they're no more likely to listen to me than the unions are.
