I'm sick of people holding me and my life to ransom just because they don't agree with the way that their life is going. That only applies for single instances of grievances with a company, when 2 thirds of voting union members have a problem then that just doesn't work.
Same could be said for you, if you don't like our methods, jump ship. If there is no alternative available to you use your voice and complain to RM.
