Final Update, in a nutshell I posted on the newsgroups and apart from the FEC error issue that is now resolved, there saying everything is fine with my connection, so thats it, I dont think I can persue the matter any further.

I,m a bit miffed that nothing has been resolved, because again tonight I was connected strait to the modem and still lag lag and more lag. spikes + poor voice chat.

In one game I was selected as host, and I was lagging more than anyone else, its like data is flowing one way ok and not the other, I tried both my ps3 and my xbox and the same behavior on both.

So its looking like the only resolution is to switch isp's, a shame but what can yo do..

I,m not willing to put up with this any more and at the soonest available opportunity I,m off. I know I,m part way into a contract so I,m not sure where I stand from a legal front and will probably have to wait till it expires.
