Hi,
Sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find a thread on it.
I currently have the following services:
Line Rental: £11
Broadband L: £25
Looking at the website it says Broadband L is £14/month plus £11 for phone line rental which equals the £25 on my bill right? So I'm wondering why it looks like I've been charged twice for the line rental?
And why is it only £20 for the Broadband WITHOUT the phone line? I understand that if they were to charge £20 PLUS a phone line it would be £31 so in effect, the Broadband/TV bundle does save you money. It's just confusing why it's set out as £25 in total when in reality it is £36.
I think I've been looking at too many different prices and bundles and just confused myself even further, lol
Any help would be much appreciated!!
