Apologies if this has been asked before, but what are the chances of me being able to get VM to come and replace my SA V+ box with a Samsung one, even though there's nothing wrong with it?
If so, will it cost? If so, how much?
There are a number of reasons I'd like a Samsung box, namely:
The bloody standby LEDs - How ridiculous these are
they're far too bright!
The slow responsiveness
The noisy HDD
