Re: roomsnet.com warning

They don't need help, either obtain a refund from this firm, speak to trading standards and or the regulatory body and issue a charge back, with their card issuer and or bank account. It's simple to be honest. I don't see the need for over complications, 5 pages of boring ranting. Yes CF is a help forum, however I was under the impression the main "aim" of the forum, is for VM clients and possible clients and ADSL and tech. Withs general chat? Pretty much? This is only going to attract more people, who would rather cry about it on a forum, rather than get off their butts and do anything about it.

So, if you are having trouble with this company, advice is:

* speak to them, calmy. Swearing, being rude etc. Will get you no where.
* issue a chargeback with your card supplier and or bank
* speak to your local trading standards office.
* if you believe and can proove, they owe you money, issue court papers, with the likes of money claim, remember, don't add costs etc into the claim, a judge will slap you for that.
* don't rant and or bad mouth in a public forum, it will go against you
* keep in contact with this company and your card issuer

That sums, most of my advice up
