Re: roomsnet.com warning
I received an email this morning saying the refund had now been carried out and below had a table which they say is the confirmation. When I queried it (they have been telling me for over 4 weeks now that the refund was being processed) they said my bank should be able to confirm a pending payment. I don't want to get my hopes up but it does seem unlike all the other emails they have been sending me.
They said allow 3 working days so I'll let you know if I actually get the money back or not. They've only given me back what was debitted to them initially though, not the extra I spent out their on accomodation they promised me! They say secondary refunds are taking place after they've made all the initial refunds they owe.
