Yes, I wonder how many world leaders have greeted ex-terrorists, such as Yasser Arafat, Gerry Adams/Martin McGuinness, Éamon de Valera, Nelson Mandela, Chairman Mao, Fidel Castro, Colonel Qadafi, et al.
