Wi-Fi is indeed free still.... if the hotspots are "The Cloud" or open ones. I'm unsure about the roaming bolt-on but it wouldn't surprise me if one existed. I know the data charges without any bolt-ons are £2.94/MB on roaming so not exactly cheap.
