It all depends what you want to achieve really, doesn't it. If you just want to get a refund for services not delivered, then if at all possible take it up with your credit card issuer; failing that go direct to Roomsnet. If you have any hassle with either of those, gey advice from your local council's Trading Standards department.
On the other hand, if you want revenge on the good doctor and his receptionist, by all means pursue their employer, their regulator and the BBC. Whatever gives you closure, as the Yanks might say.
