Thomas, as some of us said earlier in this thread, the simplest way of getting your money back is to take it up with the issuer of the credit card you used to pay Roomsnet (assuming you used a credit card). The card issuer is jointly liable with Roomsnet under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Get your money back via them, and then let them chase Roomsnet.
