Thanks for the replies.

I called them again this evening. No Joy. I aksed for an Eng visit, now booked for Saturday.

I still cant understand why just all of the BBC channels?

(Anyway, now need to find out why sending email from my new vm email account to more than 1 recipient is being rejected as GMail thinks its spam -
