No-one is ignoring anything.
The adverts where phonelines are involved containts the total price just split into two figures.
When you place the order online the basket shows the combined price.
When you order via a human they *should* give you the total price
When you get the contract it gives you the total price.
Also Virgin aren't the only ones to do it.
