I think they are still trading well from this line of the email they sent me:

We have corrected the error on the payments gateway so that this situation will not arise again. Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that this may have caused you.

This is only a isolate incident and we hope that situation will not deter you from using roomsent in the future.

Like I'll ever book with them again, and its such a pity because I have never had a problem with them before and have got fantastic prices on rooms. But I couldnt take the chance again, not with knowing if I hadnt have heard the radio station I would have arrived in London with no accomodation and no spare cash to book another hotel! Our trip would have been absolutely ruined.
