I am still waiting. And yesterday they called me to say it would take at least another 3 weeks as they are having a problem with the gateway on their accounts department and they are unable to release any money to any third party. They say it is taking at least 3 weeks for the payments to go through their system.
I asked him specifically what the technical problem was that was causing this and he couldn't tell me. I also asked, if that was the case and the problem was still there, why was I getting emails saying the problem had been resolved and I should expect the money in 5 to 7 days. He didn't answer me.
It all just sounds so wrong if you ask me. Even though this 'gateway' issue is still a problem and they can't release any money to anyone, including suppliers, they are still taking bookings. Surely this is fraud???
