Cable Forum - View Single Post

Whenever I load the Cable Forum page, I always get a popup "Message from Webpage. Stack Overflow" and a different number when I look at threads. I can click to close it, but it's just an annoyance. Doesn't happen on any other websites. Can anyone explain this please?
