Re: roomsnet.com warning
I don't think they are processing the refunds at all. I emailed agian yesterday and today as after all the calls I had saying it would be done, and they's email me to confirm, I've still not heard. They emailed me back today with the same message they sent me last Friday, dispite me having having spoken to someone on the phone who said the problem would be resolved. Goodness knows what is going on behind the scenes with this company. Unfortunately as I don't have a credit card I paid by debit so I have no choice but to keep fighting my case with roomsnet. I'd love it for Watchdog to look into this as I think there are a lot of people wanting answers.
