I booked a hotel in England, contacted the hotel and they dont have my booking. I am livid!!! I have used roomsnet so many times without a problem. I have emailed, no reply as of yet, cant live chat, cant get through on the phone. Suppossed to be heading off this friday, booked by credit card, my mam's, have to wait until she's home from work to see if I can get a full refund from them..Whats' so annoying is the website should not be taking anymore bookings, or even have the decency to post a notice on it saying there is problems at the moment that are being rectified. Its this fumbling around in the dark that drives me mad, you made a mistake, stand up and say so, people would be a whole lot understanding if they did so. I feel soo frustrated because I cant get a response from them. I will be contacting the BBC but what about in Ireland, who do I contact in Ireland about it?? Whats even more frustrating that in these times I have a budget and that budget will not stretch to booking another hotel while I am waiting on a refund! I am going to loose my money on the flights as well by the looks of it.. because I can simply not afford to book another hotel.
