Looks like ofcom do indeed recognise at least in preliminary findings that the red button content should be available,lets just hope ofcom do not fall asleep on the job.
And after the 3rd phase of the pay tv review ofcom are able to implement it immediately or within a few months, allowing sky to appeal afterwards,otherwise i suspect we are in for the long haul.
