Re: roomsnet.com warning
I too spoke to Mandy on Tuesday and she was rather aggrivated at the 'stupid websites' as she put it that had her name as a contact and that she no olonger worked for them,. Yet she still agreed to chase up my case. I've had quite a few calls now from roomsnet saying that the refund will 'definately' get processed but there is a huge backlog of refunds that need processing and they can only process so many a day. That tells me they are having enormous issues ass a company and there must be hundreds of people out there being scammed by roomsnet. So far I have been told 5 days for a refuund, then 7, then it's in process, then 7 to 9 and now they are saying 2 weeks. I plead anyone that has had problems also to contact wacthdog, I fear for the poor people that are still booking through roomsnet and not aware of what they are letting themselves in for!
Does anyone know who actually owns the company and where the head office is based??
