LOL this is reply i got when asking if it was SAFE TO BOOK

Thank you for the email.

We had few contract issues with few of our suppliers. We were in a process of renewing the contracts and we could not agree with terms and conditions they have introduced recently. During the period of negotiation these new regulations some bookings got canceled by our suppliers. Unfortunately we could not reinstate all the bookings though we were able to find alternative accommodation for some of the bookings as were also not aware of the cancellation of these bookings.

To avoid any further cancellation of bookings we have decided to terminate the contracts with the suppliers who canceled our bookings. The future bookings will go through with new suppliers so your booking will be a confirmed booking and we guarantee that you will have a reservation in the hotel.

If you have further queries please do not hesitate to contact us at all the times.
Thank You
Regards
Sean
