Didn't Heidfeld 'let' Hamilton pass on the last lap, which just by pure coincidence meant that Hamilton won the Championship along with the PR for F1 that followed.

IIRC Damon Hill once complained that in the final race of a season(can't remember which), he was 'ordered' to let Schumacher pass, so that he still had the opportunity to win the championship.
